There would be a faculty of trainers, instructors and team development experts. This team would be directly responsible for the training interventions and programs.
Tunji Olugbodi
The Managing Director Verdant Zeal Communications, Nigeria and a former Executive Director at Prima Garnet Ogilvy, Tunji Studied English from Ogun State University.
He has had a cumulative over 17 years professional experience as a writer, marketeer and communication specialist. He started career with The Guardian as a judicial correspondent and subeditor.
He joined marketing communication first as a concept copywriter, working at a time with Promoserve Advertising, the Grey affiliate in Nigeria. Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, London (CIM): Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, (APCON) and Nigeria Institute of Marketing, (NIMN).
He has pioneered and coordinated several multi-million naira projects on behalf of several blue chip organizations and continues to make his relevance felt through capacity building and human capital development. A regular facilitator at several marketing fora including Financial Institutions, Training Centre, (FITC), UAC Training School etc. Currently an executive board member of Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN), and the Vice President of Nigeria Experiential Marketing Association, (NEXMA).

Yinka Olugbodi B.A, M.SC.
Is the CEO of Teambuilding International with vast experience in HR practices and executive training and development. Yinka has worked with world class organisations like CWBN, Multichoice and Access bank.
Yinka was also instrumental to the start up of Multichoice, Media 24, Mweb and HITV. He handled the organisational development and HR issues and also conducting a nationwide recruitment of the staff for most of these companies. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), CongressWBN(CWBN), Global Leadership Interlink (GLI) and The Reformation Center. Yinka received Bachelor’s degrees in English Language at University of Lagos and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the ESUT Business School.
He is a reformational Speaker, efficient team builder and player and good organizer. He is married with three lovely kids. Tonye Briggs
Briggs is Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an electrical engineering graduate of University of Port Harcourt, he also holds a PGD and an MBA from Lagos State University. After a short stint in IT he moved into management consulting. He joined Intermarc Consulting a leading e-payment consultancy firm as a consultant and
was involved in implementing oversea based e-payment capacity building workshops and projects for senior executives in the public sector and banking industry. He was the former head of training and development for Alpha Learning Strategic partners to Learning Group (South Africa) and Netg (US) were he helped implement e-learning solutions at UBA and Celtel (now Airtel ) before leaving to become Business Development manager at Profilant a sales consulting firm. He is an accomplished professional with designing and implementing effective learning intervention solutions and has managed key customer relationships indifferent industry sectors in this regard. Among clients he has worked with are organisations such as Brass LNG, Nigeria LNG,NPA, FAAN, Fin Bank, Total Nigeria, Addax Petroleum, MTN as well as Lagos and Adamawa State Governments.
Briggs is a Miller Heiman certified sales professional and a customer focused executive with the capacity for driving strategic and operational change for business improvement. He has attended various local and international courses such as Spencer Johnson Gaining Change Skills Course (US). He is an alumini member of Lagos Business School
